Abstract
Migration has always determined the evolution of society every. There are many possibilities how we migration can been seen and observed. The economical one is evaluated from the end of the 19th century and had grown especially in the 20th century. The reason is the development of economics science and globalisation and integration of society. Economics try to analyse the impact of migration on markets and draw results and findings. They are then formulated in national immigration policies. Immigration policy affects composition of workforce and then the economical results. It could be the source of economical development, growth but also inconsistency and problems too. This is the reason, why it is necessary to develop the immigration policy especially with economical needs of a state. This means to have such instruments to manage immigration flows that will be liberal (to support competition on labour market), operational and usable in time of economical growth and recession to. The goal of this thesis was to asses whether the Czech immigration policy complies with the economical needs.
