Vyhodnocování projekce extrudovaných profilů na měřícím zařízení Keyence

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the original method of the sealing profile sample inspection with the new method of the sample investigation using the cross section projector Keyence. Evaluating made by operators by comparing takes a lot of inexactness (a human factor as a main of them), therefore the aim of this work is to assess, whether there is a significant difference between the original method of measuring extrusion profiles and the Keyence projector. The practical part of my work therefore concentrates on executing and evaluating the system analysis of measuring by comparing the old and the new method of measuring profiles and further explaining the new way of using the Keyence device for achieving a better quality of the final products.
