Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to describe, present, and document my experiences, insights, and outcomes from my professional practice, during which I expanded the attendance system “oDDo” with a module for recording, managing, and processing business trips. The thesis includes an analysis of the current travel-processing workflow, the design of a new solution, the theoretical and practical knowledge applied from my studies, and the identification of missing skills and competencies, along with an overall evaluation.
