Abstract
Every companytodaywants totake its placein the market whilemaking a profitandmarket share. Sportsnutrition isalsopart of the Czechmarket, which offerssafesupplementsfor athletesandsports fans. This work describesthe individual competition sportsnutrition outlet sin the city of Ostrava. The competition is evaluated using two methods- Mystery shoping and the webpages analyzing (also called benchmarking). The workhas seven chapters that describes the selected stores and their surroundings.This issue is simultaneously described in a theoretical part, which is generally described as a individual methods that are part of the research.
The conclusion contains an evaluation of the analysis and proposed recommendations for individual companies to better succeedin the market competition.
