Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the factors of physical and psychological workload which may cause professionally mediated diseases. The object of this work is to suggest the optimization of working conditions on the basis of the theoretical background of ergonomics and the analysis of the currently applied principles of producing company Démos trade, a.s. The suggested working conditions reduce the excessive burdens and the negative effect of working conditions on health of workers.
