Optimalizace procesu vyprazdňování odpadního aglomerátu z přepravního kontejneru

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of the process of emptying wet ash agglomerate from a transport container. The main objective is to find an ideal solution for emptying wet ash agglomerate from a shipping container. To achieve the objective, laboratory measurements of the mechanical and physical properties of wet fly ash agglomerate, market research and calculations were carried out. The analysis confirmed the key causes of complications during emptying, such as material sticking to the container walls. Based on the findings, measures were proposed to improve the process of emptying the shipping container. The proposed measures include namely: modification of the geometry of the inner space of the container, a larger emptying angle, material modification of the container and drying of the agglomerate prior to transport, which would ensure the emptying of the agglomerate and eliminating the sticking of any remaining material.
