Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce s názvem Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku se zabývá analýzou současného stavu malého podniku v oblasti klimatizační techniky.

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku, který se zabývá klimatizačními systémy a analyzování jeho postavení na trhu. Dílčím cílem je zhodnotit spokojenost zákazníků se službami podniku a na základě shrnutí výsledků analýz a následného zhodnocení navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení situace stávajícího stavu podniku.

Diplomová práce je strukturována do tří částí. V části “teoreticko – metodická východiska“ jsou vymezeny základní pojmy malého a středního podnikání, konkurence a konkurenceschopnosti, také metody a analýzy, které jsou tématem této práce. V druhé kapitole je charakterizován profil podniku, jeho struktura a prostředí a také vysvětlen pojem klimatizační systém. V třetí – “praktické části“, jsou aplikována teoretická východiska, provedeny analýzy a následně shrnuty poznatky ze získaných výsledků výzkumu. Na závěr jsou definovány návrhy a doporučení pro konkurenceschopnost podniku.

Podniku bylo doporučeno zavést do svého procesu několik návrhů pro zefektivnění jeho stávajícího stavu, z čehož nejdůležitější je zkvalitnění provedených montáží.

The diploma thesis called The Competitiveness Evaluation of the Selected Company deals with the analysis of the current state of small company in the field of air conditioning.

The aim of this thesis is the competitiveness evaluation of the selected company, which deals with air conditioning systems and analyzing its market position. The partial objective is to evaluate the customer satisfaction with services of a company and based on a results summary of analyses and subsequent evaluation to suggest arrangements to improve the situation of the current state of the company.

The diploma thesis is divided into three parts. In the part called “theoretical – methodical basis” have been described the basic concepts related to the concept of small and medium-sized enterprises, competition and competitiveness, also the methods and analyses, that are the subject of this thesis. In the second part has been characterized the company profile, its structure and surroundings and also explained the expression of the air conditioning system. In the third – “practical part” have been applied the theoretical basis, implemented the analyses and afterwards summarized the findings of obtained research results. In conclusion have been defined the proposals and recommendations for the competitiveness of the company.

For the company has been recommended to implement some proposals to its process for streamlining of it’s the current state, where the most important is the improvement of installations implementation.
