Metody analýzy kořenových příčin havárií v průmyslu

Abstract

This thesis analyzes the root causes and its possible application in the investigation process of the Czech Republic. The work is divided into two parts. The first part discusses the theoretical methods for investigating industrial accidents in terms of their causes and symptoms. The second part is devoted to the current state of investigations in the Czech Republic and assessment of selected analytical methods in the analysis of root causes and their possible use in investigations in the Czech Republic.
