Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je logistický systém společnosti RALL, s. r. o. V úvodní teoretické kapitole je stručně nastíněn historický vývoj logistiky a její definice ve smyslu vědní disciplíny. V další části se lze seznámit s logistickými náklady a důležitým článkem systému, kterými jsou zásoby. V praktické části je provedena klasifikace zásob pomocí několika metod a následné vyhodnocení. Výdledky analýz by měly pomoci vedení společnosti RALL, s. r. o. v rozhodování o velikosti zásob.

The topic of this thesis is the logistical system RALL, Ltd. In the introductory theoretical chapter is briefly outlined the historical development of logistics and its definition in the sense discipline. In the next part can get acquainted with logistics costs and an important article of the system, which are reserves. In the practical part is performed the classification of inventory by several methods and subsequent evaluation. Results of analyzes should be help to management RALL, Ltd. in deciding about size reserves.
