Hospodaření příspěvkové organizace poskytující střední vzdělání s maturitní zkouškou

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hospodařením příspěvkové organizace poskytující střední vzdělání s maturitní zkouškou. Zřizovatelem příspěvkové organizace je územní samosprávný celek. Cílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat strukturu vzdělávací soustavy České republiky a analyzovat hospodaření konkrétní příspěvkové organizace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je představen český vzdělávací systém a nastíněna problematika hospodaření příspěvkových organizací poskytujících služby v oblasti vzdělávání. Praktickou část práce tvoří analýza hospodaření vybrané organizace v letech 2011 – 2015. Získané poznatky jsou vyhodnoceny a následně jsou doporučena opatření na zvýšení efektivnosti hospodaření organizace.

This thesis deals with the management of contributory organizations providing secondary education with Czech secondary school leaving examination. The founder of the contributory organization is a local government unit. The aim of this thesis is to characterize the structure of the education system in the Czech Republic and to analyze specific contributory organization management. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there is Czech educational system presented and the issue of contributory organizations providing services in the field of education is outlined. The practical part consists of management analysis of selected organizations in the years 2011 – 2015. The findings are evaluated and some following steps to increase the effective ness of the management organization are recommended.
