Návrh rekonstrukce korečkového rýpadla pro povrchovou těžbu snadno rozpojitelných hornin

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce popisuje historii cihlářství, dále popis závodu cihelna Štěrboholy, její geologické podmínky a průběh těžby cihlářské suroviny. V dalších kapitolách jsou popsána korečková rýpadla, jejich vývoj a historie. Rovněž také jejich technologický rozbor. A to jak co se týká samotného principu těžby, tak i jednotlivé konstrukční celky. Hlavním bodem této práce je návrh rekonstrukce korečkového rýpadla RK25 nasazeného na zmíněné lokalitě Cihelna Štěrboholy. V této práci není popsána z kapacitních důvodů rekonstrukce celého stroje, ale pouze její část, a to rekonstrukce pohonů, rekonstrukce korečků a implementace bezpečnostních prvků.

The content of this master's thesis is the history of brick-making, followed by a description of the Štěrboholy brickyard plant, its geological conditions, and the process of extracting brickmaking raw materials. In the following chapters, trenching excavators are described, including their development and history, as well as their technological analysis, both in terms of the mining principle itself and individual structural units. The main point of this work is the design proposal for the reconstruction of the RK25 chain bucket excavator deployed at the aforementioned Štěrboholy Brickyard site. Due to capacity constraints, this thesis does not describe the entire reconstruction, but only its part, focusing on propulsion, buckets and safety elements.
