Posouzení systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the system of employees' learning and development in a company VÚHŽ a.s. and based on evaluation, propose possible recommendations for improving the current education and development system. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical background of education and employee development. The practical part is a description of the company and evaluation of its education and employee development system. Based on the survey results, recommendations have been proposed, which can company use to improve current education and development system.
