Analýza rizika mimořadných událostí v obci Branka u Opavy

Abstract

This bachelor thesis aims to analyse the occurrence of emergency situations in the community of Branka u Opavy. The thesis consists of several parts. The introductory chapter deals with general principles applicable to respective analyses as well as types of emergencies which may occur in the territory of the Czech Republic. Subsequent chapters are devoted to specific conditions prevalent in the community and possible causes of emergency situations using the SFERA analysis programme are analysed. The conclusion includes suitable measures proposed to protect the inhabitants of the community.
