Abstract
Numerous industries have been searching for ways of utilizing different byproducts and recycled materials in their production processes for decades. Metal manufacturing is one of them. Being quite often the pillars of countries‘ economy metal manufacturing consumes huge amount of raw materials and in its production and side processes produces lots of „waste materials“ that may be returned into the main process to reduce the impact on the invironment as well as to make production more effective. In my Bachelor thesis, possible method of utilization of fluidized ash in iron ore agglomeration process is considered, where ash is seen as substitute for lime.
