Abstract

This thesis focuses on designing and determining an appropriate teaching approach that respects the specific needs and abilities of seniors. The thesis also includes an analysis of the resources required to implement the teaching program, including staffing, necessary teaching aids, and the time required for each activity. An equally important part is the subsequent assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed teaching, which is based on feedback received from the seniors themselves as well as the staff involved. The aim of the thesis is to propose an educational approach for seniors that will be sustainable in the long term, effective, and beneficial for the target group and the selected social facilities that will find use for this approach.
