Analýza distribučních cest průmyslové společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu distribučních cest průmyslové společnosti. Za společnost, kterou se budu zabývat, jsem si vybral SPP CZ, a.s., která působí na plynárenském trhu. V první části práce charakterizuji společnost a její postavení na trhu. Ve druhé části se věnuji teoretickým východiskům, ve kterých popisuji distribuční cesty. Třetí část se týká analýzy distribučních cest, zde se zabývám jednotlivými distribučními cestami a provádím jejich finanční analýzu a to z hlediska nákladů a výnosů. Dále je v této části zakomponováno dotazníkové šetření. Ve čtvrté části mé práce se věnuji návrhům a doporučením pro společnost.

The thesis is focused on analysis of distribution channels industrial societies. For a company that I deal with, I chose SPP CZ, a.s., which operates the natural gas market. The first part describes the company and its position in the market. The second part is devoted to theoretical bases in which I describe the distribution channels. The third part concerned the analysis of distribution channels, here I deal with the various distribution channels and doing the financial analysis in terms of costs and revenues. Further in this part of the assets present survey. In the fourth part of my work deals with proposals and recommendations for the company.
