Ostrava 2021, The diploma thesis VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering Number of pages: 73 The diploma thesis is focused on the elaboration of project documentation. The solved object is a fire rescue station, which is heated by a heat pump. Part of the project documentation is the heating project, in the scope for construction. And ventilation in a selected part of the building. The heat source for the building will be pair of ground source heat pumps. The low-temperature heat source for the heat pump will be a system of 8 geothermal wells. The whole concept of the diploma thesis is focused on reducing the required energy for operation of the building. The fire station will use solar energy from photovoltaic panels for the operation of the entire building. This results in significant energy savings. Energy savings will be reflected in particular in the building's energy performance certificate. The diploma thesis includes the project documentation of the fire station, technical report and relevant drawing documentation.
