Abstract

The goal of this bachelor is research job satisfaction of employees in technical department of TVD – Technická výroba, a.s company.

In the first part, teoretical part, I summary current knowledge about job satisfaction, including what is job satisfaction and which factors influencing one. Also I deal with satisfaction form work, measuring of this satisfaction form work, reasons and consequences.

In practical part, at the first I describe company like complex. I analyse all staff, their education and proffesion. After that I target on the research of job satisfaction of employees in technical department. In the final part of this bachelor are suggestions for management, how they can improve job satisfaction of their employees.
