Abstract
This Bachelor thesis focus on creating a business plan to establish a restaurant. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describe the basic concepts related to business. There is also described the structure and content of the business plan. At the practical part is assembled concrete business plan for the establishment of a fish restaurant. This section contains a description of the business and business opportunity, the external analysis, a description of the marketing strategy and financial plan. The result of the study points out that this project could be profitable and therefore viable in practice.
