Pasportizace objektu sociálních služeb

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rámcové shrnutí forem a metod využití typizace a pasportizačních dat pro efektivní správu budov a softwarovou podporu facility managementu. V úvodu teoretické části se práce obecně zabývá FM, jeho uplatněním při správě a provozu budovy a aktuální rekapitulací stavu její softwarové podpory. Další kapitoly řeší pasportizační proces a problematiku jednotného kódování ploch, zařízení a technologií. V praktické části jsou aplikovány poznatky pasportizace z teoretické části na konkrétní objekt sociálních služeb. Obsahem je výkresová dokumentace s označením ploch a výstup informativních dat ze softwaru pit–FM. Rozsah této bakalářské práce je 39 číslovaných stran.

Ferko This bachelor thesis is focused on general summary of forms and methods of utilization of typing and passportisation data for effective facility management and software support of it. An introduction of the theoretical part generally deals with FM, its application in the management and operation of buildings and recapitulates current status of FM software support. Following parts of the bachelor thesis deals with passportisation process and problems with uniform coding of areas, equipment and technologies. In a practical of the thesis there is applied knowledge of passportisation from the theoretical part to an existing building of social services. The practical part contains drawings with labeled areas and informative data output from pit-FM software. Extent of this bachelor thesis is 39 numbered pages.
