Biotechnologické způsoby odstranění léčiv s antipyretickým účinkem

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with biological methods which are suitable for elimination of antipyretics from the environment which occur in low concentrations, for example in sewage, soil and sediments. The work consists of an overview of the most used antipyretic analgesics and their pharmacological effects on the human organism, and also shows the consumption of drugs with antipyretic effect in the Czech Republic during the last 10 years. Last chapter presents several possibilities how to remove these micropollutants from the environment by selected types of bacteria, fibrous fungi or using phytoremediation.
