Audit systému managementu kvality ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The thesis is focused on audit quality management system in the selected organization. The work is divided into a theoretical part, description of the audited organization and practical part. The theoretical part contains a description of the quality management, including the concepts , principles , benefits and risks , as well as the characteristics of the ISO / IEC 9001:2009, its chapters and benefits, and the description of the audit of quality management, its objectives, methods , types , tools and the property itself auditor. Next section contains a description of the audited company and the last part of this thesis is then devoted to the proposal to audit the quality management system , its implementation in terms of the audited company and last but not least, the evaluation of the quality management system audit. The aim of the thesis is to audit the quality management system in the selected organization and suggest possible recommendations. The evaluation showed that only two departments were audited and found deficiencies in the design department and in the activities and processes related to the management of the company itself . In these units , I proposed appropriate measures to eliminate these shortcomings. Evaluations together with recommendations, I provide to the management of the company for detailed investigation and possible implementation of the proposed remedial measures.
