Automatická kontrola integrity obalů transfuzních přípravků

Abstract

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is an attempt for a partial automatization of the process of transfusion packages integrity check, using an image analysis software, developed in an interactive development environment MATLAB. Utilizing image sensors, a color and a type of the transfusion package is determined, which is subsequently processed using segmentation algorithms with an output status and graphical representation of its condition. The bag is then tested on various simulated defects and scanning conditions by algorithms, using RGB, HSV and YCbCr color models.
