Abstract
The diploma thesis is focused on the storage system of the finished production in BONATRANS GROUP, a.s. in Heat Treatment and Sorting section. The theoretical part deals with storage within an industrial enterprise and methodologies for achieving changes. The practical part proposes the most appropriate changes using 5S, DMAIC and wastage identification. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of storage of processed production in this section and to propose and evaluate changes to increase the performance, stability and safety of the process.
