Elektronický podpis v praxi

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat vlastnosti el. podpisu, včetně legislativy, možnosti získání el. podpisu jak pro fyzické osoby, tak pro firmy a certifikaci el. podpisu. Dále pak práce hodnotí praktické zkušenosti el. podpisu. V další části bakalářská práce popisuje systém datových schránek, a to jak práci systému, tak jejich využití. V závěru práce je zhodnocení přínosu elektronického podpisu a datových schránek pro firmy a soukromé uživatele

The goal of this thesis is describe electronic signature properties, include legislation and obtaining possibilities are of the electronic signature for natural persons, companies and electronic signature certification. Next the work is evaluating practical experience of the electronic signature. Next part of the thesis is describing data box system, like system working and it’s using. At the end of the thesis is estimation of benefit electronic signature and data boxes for companies and private persons.
