Návrh bezpečnostní částí ovládacích systémů strojního zařízení

Abstract

This diploma thesis deal with the design of safety part of the control system for machinery. The main task was to get acquainted with the method of risk assessment and risk analysis of machinery, estimating required performance level for the safety-related part of control system. I propose a fictitious industrial technology, consisting of two parts, I make an assessment and risk analysis, from the catalog I suggest the use of appropriate safety components, for a purpose reduction the identified risks. I chose company Rockwell Automation for the design of safety components. For demonstration to the hardware part I suggest to assemble two laboratory panels, where are fitted used safety components and programable safety controllers. Then I am making a suggestion software, electrical parts and constructions for both laboratory panels.
