Abstract
The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyze competitive standing of company FOTOGRAFIA Jaroslav Řihošek, photography shop located in city Olomouc and create recommendations for reinforcing existing market standing. The first part of my thesis is characteristic elaboration of company and theoretical basis – comprehensive overview of the theory of marketing in services. In the second practical part, there is analysis of choosen competitive companies based on observations and questioning. Afterwards the proposals and recommendation for improving market position based on observations and questioning are submitted.
