Abstract
Bachelor thesis is aimed at analyzing the system of start education and focusing a comparison of internal and external training courses using a questionnaire survey, which is carried out by employees. A survey is aimed at evaluating of both the course and the lecturer. Results of this work can be used for creating a new internal training instead of external training courses.
