Návrh koncepce plavidla pro potápěčskou skupinu HZS Jihočeského kraje

Abstract

This master thesis sets its goal in proposing a concept of small vessel designated for divers´unit in the framework of FRS of South Bohemian Region. The introduction presents organisational structure of the divers´unit and its territorial scope. The paper further deals with statistics of emergencies in supportive base within a decade. The thesis then summarizes current state of equipment for the divers and offers a look abroad. The key part of the thesis aims at specification of the vessel itself and evaluates data collected in a form of questionnaires, method of modified decision-making equation and multi-criteria decision analysis. Further, transportation of the vessel is also described. The outcome of the research should serve as a proposal of the vessel for the purpose of purchase in the framework of FRS of South Bohemian Region.
