Abstract

Analysis of the customer´s satisfaction with the prices at the gym Fitpoint

In my bachelor´s work I occupy with theme of the customer´s satisfaction with the prices at the gym Fitpoint, which is situated in Frýdek- Místek. I come out from marketing research which I conduct on the basic questionnaire. The aim of my work is to find out customer´s satisfaction with the prices at this gym and to recommend suggestions of removing established shortages.

The bachelor´s work is divided into 5 main chapters. At first part I theoretically devote to the customer´s satisfaction with the prices of services at the gym Fitpoint. In second part I devote to extensive characteristic of sport club. The following part is devoted to assembling questionnaire and evaluation collected information. In the fourth part I analyze results of research which I make in practise. At the last part are brought forward suggestions and recommends to the gym Fitpoint.
