Eliminace PFAS a PFOAS z odpadních vod biologickými metodami

Abstract

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of per – and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in wastewater, with an emphasis on their elimination using biological methods. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the possibilities of biologically removing these persistent substances, compare the available methods and evaluate their effectiveness and practical applicability. The thesis describes the current state of research in this field and presents various biological methods used for PFAS degradation, including microbial degradation and enzymatic processes. Advantages and limitations of biological methods compared to traditional wastewater treatment apprroaches are also discussed.
