Abstract

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is the construction of design documents for a technical design of the building of the administrative building in Ostrava. The drafting and project documentation is included in this project which is compiled according to a building law and valid norms. The north estate boundary is fringed by the street Michalkovicka. The compound enables the view on the former mine and the slag heap called Ema which creates the calm environment for those workers who are working under the pressure. The building copies the curve of a street line by its shape and position. Simultaneously it pays attention to not disturb the previous buildings, contrarily it creates a barrier that protects compounds against noise from the frequented traffic road. The compound endeavours to maintain the continuity to its surroundings. The high-rise level is chosen in order to not block the original compounds, contrariwise it tries to maintain the scale of Silesian Ostrava.
