Analýza podnikatelských příležitostí v oblasti zpracování nerostných surovin

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of business opportunities in the field of mineral processing. The first part contains the methodology and theory which is the basis for processing the practical part of the thesis. The second part describes the business environment, mainly focusing on the extraction and processing of kaolin in the region. SWOT analysis is created from the information obtained. The final part is an evaluation of the opportunity to establish a company that secondarily processes kaolin into porcelain, focusing on market research and strategic analysis. The result of the work is a positive evaluation of the bussines opportunity for the production of porcelain using local sources of kaolin.
