Abstract

The content of this thesis is the development of project documentation for construction according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. for a project Farm building with facilities for employees. The work also includes the text of which contains a summary accompanying technical report. The documentation for the execution of the project builds on the urban study Creative studio work III, architectural studio in Creative studio work IV and documentation for building permits processed for the entire project in Creative studio work Va.

The object is located within the Arboretum Nový Dvůr in Stěbořice in Opava. Urban studies along with the architectural design of individual buildings should contribute to increased levels of both aesthetics and functionality of the entire complex there arboretum and thereby also contribute to an increase in attendance
