Řešení krizového stavu při povodních v Libereckém kraji

Abstract

This Thesis deals with cooperation of the fire-protection units and the rest of subjects during rescue and handling operation and it’s coordination through task forces during Floods in Liberec region in August 2010. Introduction part portraitures history of Floods in Liberec region, area characteristics and Flood’s documentation. Second part describes operation of basic and other units of the integrated emergency system, post-traumatic care, humanitarians organization and critical control organs in the course of Floods. Third part defines methods of streamlined partnership task forces with consequential coordination of the integrated emergency system units. Last part designs officer in charge work flow with continuation to municipality task forces to assure early evacuation and reduce aftereffects of the emergency event.
