Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical and practical analysis of the HiL test equipment. Also, the aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and implement HiL for updating automotive units. The first chapter describes the application of HiL device for automotive industry. The next chapter describes the software programs that are used for testing on HiL devices. These include modeling, simulation, and programs that are typically worked with during testing. The hardware implementation of HiL and its communication between the units, simulation and PC station is also reviewed. The practical part deals with the construction of a HiL device, for updating the test ECUs. The last part focuses on testing the communication between the control units, the simulation and the ability to update the control units, which is what the HiL device is primary used for.
