Abstract

This bachelor's thesis addresses the issues related to the administration and financial Management of three urban districts of the statutory city of Ostrava. Its goal is to evaluate the management of three urban districts for the period 2016-2020. The urban districts that were evaluated in the bachelor's thesis are Krásné Pole, Nová Bělá and Petřkovice. The evaluation was performed using the method of comparison, synthesis and calculated average. In conclusion, it was found that the urban districtsdistricts manage budgets at different levels. The Krásné Pole urban district had an average income of CZK 25,414,000 per year, the Nová Běla urban district had an average income of CZK 20,256,000 per year and the Petřkovice urban district had an average income of CZK 52,300,000.
