Abstract
The object of the thesis „ Identifying the Possibilities of Developing Human Potential in a Selected Organization“ is the assessment of organization members' individual work potential and their strengths and weaknesses. In the theoretical part are listed and explained basic concepts that relate to the topic of training and development in the organization. They are connecting thematically the process of training and development with education methods and a theoretical basis for evaluation of this process. In the practical part modified method of assessing individual potential of selected individuals was used. A partial goal was to assess the impact of personal development and training of human potential on retention rates in the organization. The effect of a personal development on a retention rate was monitored by using a structured interview and questionnaire with open questions. The analysis is examined to what extent members of the organization are aware of the needs of their personal development for their future professional activity. It was found that the level of education in the organization does not affect the high retention rate that is influenced by other factors in this case.
