Abstract
Characteristic of bankruptcy is disability payment of subject. Except
for the entrepreneurs also unentrepreneurs – natural person can get
into this situation. The most commonly reasons of bankruptcy are
loss of employment what is related with decrease of household earnings
and foeneration of finances by means of credits. Insolvency
Act define two alternatives of bankruptcy solution of unenterpreneurs,
what are discharge a debt and alleged liquidation proceeding.
Discharge a debt can be realized in form of instalment calendar or in
form of encashment of assets.
