Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis „Community center Kobeřice“ is the preparation of project development for the construction work of the community center in Kobeřice. The materials used for this thesis were the urban study (ATT III), the architectural study (ATT IV), and the project documentation for building permit (ATT Va). The designed building is situated near the area of Kobeřice gypsum quarry, which will be recultivated hen the current mining comes to an end. The aim was to create a building offering a place to live and work for a self-sufficient community of 40 people. This community will manage the area of the recultivated gypsum quarry and its surroundings. The building is designed as a new building located north of the existing quarry.
