Analýza systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc

Abstract

Bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the system of training and staff development in the University hospital Olomouc. Various methods and procedures appropriate for the training of employees in the organization are described in the work. The analysis was addressed using a questionnaire survey, which took place at the department as well as in internal medicine-cardiology. The results of the survey were graphically processed and described, and total of three suggestions for improvement were subsequently proposed. The first proposal focused on the new system of informing employees about the educational events, the second proposal suggested to provide language courses, together with the price calculations, the third proposal was the purchase of subscriptions of professional publications.
