Aplikace Fullerových metod při řízení rizika

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá identifikáciou a riadením rizika v oblasti obchodného centra. Po charakteristike právnych noriem z oblasti zabezpečenia majetku v obchodných centrách sú v práci charakterizované možné spôsoby ich ochrany a popis obchodného centra. Po objasnení rizika a jeho riadenia sme vykonali analýzu bezpečnostných rizík obchodného centra Fullerovou metódou. Pre zvýraznenie jej špecifík sme uskutočnili komparáciu dvoch metód - Fullerovu metódu a metódu FMEA. Na základe vyhodnotenia najvýznamnejších rizík boli navrhnuté primerané opatrenia s dôrazom na modernizáciu kamerového systému.

Bachelor thesis deals with identifying and managing risk in the shopping center. After the characteristic of legal standards from area security of property in shopping centers, is characteristic the work of possible ways for their protection and definition shopping center. After clarifying the nature of risk and its management, we analyzed the security risks of shopping center - Fuller´s method. For highlight, specificity we carried out comparison of two methods - the method of Fuller and FMEA. Based on the evaluation of risks most appropriate measures have been designed with emphasis on modernization of the camera system.
