Podpůrný systém pro first respondery

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design and implementation of a support dispatch system for first responders as an alternative to the existing O2 SOS application. The theoretical part describes the first responder system in the Czech Republic, its legal framework, legislative requirements, and the technological infrastructure of emergency dispatch centres. Based on an in-depth analysis of existing domestic and foreign solutions - including O2 SOS, Kiss Sharp, PulsePoint, GoodSAM, and myResponder - key shortcomings of current systems were identified in the areas of user interface ergonomics, alert delivery reliability, and technical robustness. The practical part encompasses the design and implementation of the Respondeři Android client application in Kotlin using the Jetpack Compose framework and the MVVM architectural pattern, along with a server-side component built on ASP.NET Core 8 with a Firebird database. The system implements selective alert distribution, real-time communication via SignalR, adaptive GPS tracking with a dual-mode location strategy, and a multi-layered security subsystem with JWT authentication. The correctness of the implementation was verified by a set of 24 test cases covering functional logic, alert distribution, and the security layer - all tests passed successfully.
