Ověření parametrů svarových spojů vytvořených technologií s nízkým vneseným teplem

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with verification of welded joint parameters created by low heat input technology. Three aluminum materials were selected for the experiment. Welding parameters were then selected and welded joints were made. Based on the results of non destructive and destructive tests, the parameters of the weld joints were evaluated. The theoretical part deals with welding of aluminum and its alloys, low heat input welding technologies and the theoretical description of material tests, to verify the welding joint parameters. The experimental part contains the individual materials and equipment used in the experiment. Thesis continues with the experiment and subsequent testing of the test samples. In conclusion the results are evaluated.
