Abstract

This thesis deals with the optimization of material flow in the factory. Monitored Silesian enterprise creation, production team has spent many years engaged in the manufacture of glass Christmas ornaments for domestic and foreign markets. This is only the manual production and material flow between sites is provided by workers cooperatives. The entire process from receipt of order to dispatch depends on customer requirements. The aim is to analyze the material flow in the Silesian factory production and based on the information gathered through appropriate methods applied to process optimization of material flow.
