Abstract

The thesis deals with the problems of introducing a new information system to small / medium-sized companies. It introduces the theory of the implementation of information systems and project management. The main content of thesis is to create a project to implement an information system in the Microsoft Project 2010 and the subsequent evaluation of the possibility of monitoring, analysis and reporting of the project.
