Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with inventory management issues and inventory analysis. We have defined theoretical concepts in the field of inventory management and methodological principles that are used in the practical part. The aim was to analyze the current inventory management system in the selected company and provide suggestions for improving inventory management. Based on the obtained results, recommendations are presented to help the company manage its inventory more effectively. The ABC method is used for analysis. Through the analyses conducted, key items for the company have been identified.
