Abstract

The goal of bachelor thesis was to compile a business plan with all necessary parts for a limited company in sport branch. The thesis includes the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part, it was necessary to apprise of this issue by literature and legislative regulations to achieve goal. The practical part was focused on setting up a limited company-goalkeepers football academy and compilation a business plan. The goal was achieved by detailed marketing plan and financial plan, SWOT analysis and other parts of a business plan.
