Abstract
The goal of my diploma work was found out employee satisfaction of employees with the communication during organizational change. In the concrete it was change of the company information system, which has been implemented in investigated organization ago. At once the goal was found out a quality of several communication data flows in term of the contents, in term of the several forms of communication, as well as in term of the possible problems, that could have complicated internal communication in the process of the change.
For achievement of this goal I made questionnaire research in the select company in the region of Žilina. This questionnaire was anonymous and I asked 52 respondents.
From evaluation results of this research I found out some defaults and problems of internal communication in the process of the change.
For solving these defaults and problems I proposed several recommendations, that would be contribute to improving internal communication in the process of the change.
