Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the management of St. Hedviks Home for Senior Citizens in the form of the establishment of a contributory organization and the POHODA Home for Senior Citizens in the form of the establishment of a non-profit organization in a time horizon of 5 years, i.e. from 2014 to 2018. Both facilities offer a comparable bed capacity and are compared on the basis of selected indicators. The final part of the thesis focuses on the information concerning the activities of both facilities and possible proposals that could support the management of both homes for senior citizens.
